Negative And Positive Minds:
I know everyone have those days when all they do is think about things that seem positive but always turn into negative. for an example. You can think about being successful, and then your mind can do a whole 360, and you start thinking about how you will never be successful. Everyone had them times when their mind plays tricks on them.
It isn’t satisfying not one bit, but if you think about it, all that ends up to having anxiety. The mind controls your body and soul. You choose what to think about, and when you think negative, you receive negative outcome and circumstances that comes with it.
When it comes to thinking positive and knowing you will overcome whatever you thought wasn’t, then the way you think will be so much relieving. Sometimes, you have to change your whole program. Deal with people that think like wise. Oh, i left out that negative minds think alike.
Negative minds keep you behind. Far behind. Think more logically instead of thinking nugatory. Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you start having positive results. If you notice that negative people always have a problem for every solution, as a “positive person” with a “positive mindset” you have to block those people out. Life is precious, enjoy it, live it, and you will conquer all your problems.
I have a good strategy for you. Write out all the negative and positive things that happen through out your day. Make something like a count/check list. For an example.
Positive | Negative
Count how many positive/negative things that happen. Even if it’s not you being negative and it is people you are surrounded by, still write it down. Everyday your list of negativity should shortened, because you will start excluding people, and changing things even within yourself. This definitely works for me, and i think differently.
